For Leslie's Oct. Break Kelly took Leslie and I to San Francisco for the weekend. As soon as swim practice was over on Friday Oct. 10th we hopped on a flight. It was great. I love San Francisco and Leslie had never been before. We actually stayed in Oakland and just took the train across the bay. Friday evening we went to Fisherman's Warf and were told that we had picked the perfect weekend to visit because it was "Fleet Week". All of the ships come in and the "Blue Angels" were also in town. They performed every afternoon. Very exciting!! We were able to eat great food and do all of the tourist stuff. China town, Alcatraz, Fisherman's Warf, Trolley car ride etc. By the end of the day we were dragging ourselves back to our hotel. It was a fast but really fun trip.

While visiting Alcatraz we took the tour and we made Leslie get in one of the really disgusting prisoner cells for a photo shoot. Crazy, weird, scary, cool!

Sounds like a fun trip. I want to go there someday. The prison cell looks totally gross, can't believe Leslie went for posing in there. How fun!
Yeah so I never even HEARD about this trip!! Looks like so much fun, I love trips to Frisco. Alcatraz is pretty cool huh! I would go there again, so many interesting stories. Glad you guys had fun!!
